All our records are fully guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

If you have any problems with your order, please call 01772 336649 (7 days). We will investigate and respond to any complaints within two working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: 
· The product you ordered being unavailable from stock 
· Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment 
· The identification of a pricing or product description error 
· Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Conditions


Orders will only be shipped once the cheque payment has cleared. Cheques should be made out to NORTHBROOK LTD


We post out next working day after your order is made.  You have a variety of shipping / postal options to choose from, which will be displayed at checkout.  You can find out more information on shipping and postal delivery charges here.


If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.Credit Card Security We use PayPal for all onlline transactions to give you maximum security.
